Shipping Policy

Each year we ship thousands of copies of the Swanepoel Trends Report. All orders are shipped by Amazon Services, but if you have questions, please contact us.

Upon purchasing a report, a receipt will be emailed to you from orders (at) retrends (dot) com (check your spam folder). When your order is ready to be shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and expected day of delivery.

Please note that your credit card billing statement may reflect RealSure Inc or Swanepoel T3 Group.


US & CANADA SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard shipping is included with all orders within the continental US and Canada. Products will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days; orders to Hawaii or a PO box may take a couple days extra. Place your order before 1:00pm PST and get it shipped same day.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email from orders (at) retrends (dot) com with your four digit order number and receipt details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not approved emails from that address.

Within 24 hours you will receive an email from “Realsure, Inc | DBA Swanepoel T3 Group fba-customer-ship-confirm@amazon.com” with your shipping and tracking information. With one click you can check on the status of your shipment. Trusted carriers include Fedex, USPS, UPS and Amazon Flex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you are shipping outside of the US or Canada, please contact us. Orders to South Africa and Australia may take anywhere from one to three weeks to deliver. Please use the tracking link in your email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When returning or exchanging your product, please keep in mind:

  • • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date delivered.
  • • You can only return items purchased directly from the T3 Store.
  • • When returning the product, repackage it with all original elements.
