Each year thousands and thousands of copies of the Swanepoel TRENDS Reports are shipped to those that pre-ordered the Report. All orders are shipped using Amazon Services. After placing your order for a copy of the latest Swanepoel TRENDS Report, a receipt will be emailed to you from orders@retrends.com. Please check your SPAM folder to ensure you received your receipt. When your order is ready to be shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking number and expected delivery day.

Please use one of the three links below to track your package by the delivery service used. The package will be delivered in a rectangular box, with Amazon branding on the outside. The package will look similar to the image here.


Free Shipping: On all orders within the continental US and Canada.
Standard Shipping: Between three to five business days.
Orders to Hawaii & PO BOX: May take a couple extra days to deliver.
Note: Place your order before 1:00pm (PST) and get it shipped out same day.


Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email from orders@retrends.com with your four digit order number and receipt details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not approved emails from that address.

Within 24 hours you will receive an email from fba-noreply@amazon.com with your Shipping and Tracking Information. With one click you can check on the status of your shipment. Trusted carriers include Fedex, USPS, and UPS.


Orders outside the US:Please use the contact form to reach out to us in regards to placing an order and getting it shipped to you outside the United States. Orders to South Africa and Australia may take anywhere from one to three weeks to deliver. Please use the tracking link in your email.


There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date delivered.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from T3 Store.
  • Please remember to ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all elements.
