What are the shipping costs for orders?
All orders include free shipping within the continental US and Canada. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders placed before 1pm PST ship the same day and are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days of the purchase date.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The T3 Store accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not support Discover cards.

Is my data protected in the T3 Store?
We have secured our website with HTTPS/SSL. HTTPS takes the well-known and understood HTTP protocol and layers an SSL/TLS encryption layer on top of it. The SSL layer has two main purposes: Verifying that you are talking directly to the correct server and ensuring that only the server can read what you send it.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After an order is placed, you will receive an email with order receipt information with your 4 digit order ID number. Within 24 hrs you will receive an email with tracking information about your order. Within 2-5 days your order will be delivered to the shipping address used during the check out process.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice receipt in your email inbox right after your place your order.
When is the Swanepoel Trends Report released?
The Swanepoel Trends Report is released on February 1st each year. Pre-orders are available in early October, and pre-order pricing ends on February 2nd.
Do you have special pricing for bulk orders?
Yes, special bulk pricing is available. The bulk discount will be automatically applied when you update the quantity field on your the order form. If you are interested in ordering more than 50 Reports, please contact us.
