All orders include Free Shipping within the continental US and Canada. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with details on tracking information. All orders ship same day and is expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase date.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
The T3 Store accepts all major credit and debit cards; VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Unfortunately at this time we do not support DISCOVER cards. Please note that T3 Store is part of the Swanepoel T3 Group and your credit card billing statement may reflect REALSURE INC or SWANEPOEL T3 GROUP.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We have secured our website with HTTP/SSL. HTTPS takes the well-known and understood HTTP protocol, and simply layers a SSL/TLS encryption layer on top of it. Servers and clients still speak exactly the same HTTP to each other, but over a secure SSL connection that encrypts and decrypts their requests and responses. The SSL layer has 2 main purposes; Verifying that you are talking directly to the server that you think you are talking to, and Ensuring that only the server can read what you send it and only you can read what it sends back.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After an order is placed, you will receive an email with order receipt information with your 4 digit order ID number. Within 24 hrs you will receive an email with tracking information about your order. Within 2-5 days your order will be delivered to the shipping address used during the check out process.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice receipt right after your place your order from "this email" and it will include your name, your address, the approved payment method.
When is the Swanepoel Trends Report Released?
Each year the Swanepoel Trends Report is printed, it is released on February 1st of the new year. Pre-orders open up on October 1st. Please note that Pre-order pricing ends on February 2nd.
Do you have special pricing for Bulk Orders?
Yes, we do have special pricing available when ordering bulk quantities. The bulk discount will be automatically applied when you update the quantity field on the order form. If you are interested in ordering more than 50 Reports, please reach out and contact us.
